About the Event
The Traditional Chinese Medicine Exposition (TCMEx), organized by Sichuan Province Government and Reed Sinopharm Exhibitions (RSE), focuses on the traditional Chinese medicine industry.
The Chinese government attaches great importance to the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Therefore, TCMEx is supported by seven Chinese Governmental departments. They are The Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture, State Food and Drug Administration, State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering.
Taking place once a year together with Pharmchina, the largest pharmaceutical trade show in China held by RSE as well, TCMEx attracts over 600 exhibitors and 100,000 professional visitors.
One of the most important functions of the TCMEx is to be an ideal platform for TCM manufacturers to find sales partners and distributers, promote TCM brands, and set up marketing networks. In TCMEx, sales agents are introduced to thousands of products such as traditional medicines, health products, natural products, natural extracts, Chinese herbs and Research and Development results. These products will then be delivered to end users through agent channels in the pharmaceutical market.
Another highlight of the exposition is the TCMEx Forum. In the forum, many experts and scholars will be invited to discuss and exchange their ideas and research results in fields of TCM history and culture, TCM Modernizing, TCM Internationalizing, R & D results and many other topics. This forum creates a unique platform for people engaged in the TCM industry to exchange information and enhance relationships.
