The Reed Management Associate Program (RMAP) was launched by RXGC in June 2010 with the aim of identifying 10 exceptional trainees from markets that have demonstrably high potential. Each successful applicant into the program will have graduated within the last two years and will undergo progressive training, staggered over three stages, in either Beijing or Shanghai:
- Foundation Stage (1 year)
- Professional Stage (2.5 years)
- Project Management Stage (1.5 years)
At the end of the program, trainees who have successfully completed all three stages will be promoted to the position of Assistant Project Manager, responsible for managing key elements of an entire exhibition, including the show’s budget, sales, promotion and on-site operations.
